Electricity Sales

As is known, the provision included in the subparagraph (c) of the first paragraph of Article 38 of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated May 30, 2018 and numbered 30436 reads: (1) Supplier fulfills the obligations stated below

c) Supplier shall submit the report including the number of consumer applications submitted to the Supplier, the subject of consumer applications and the results of these applications, in the determined format to the Authority, on a monthly basis, and shall publish a summary report on the website that includes the consumer complaints that ranks among the first five complaints.

Complaints that have been submitted to us since June 2018 within the framework of this provision are as follows;
